Dear Journal,
I've been planning to be a great inventor one day. Ever since I was a little boy, I been wanting to play and build machines that can help our environment. I especially want to build a gas-powered car. I'm going to name it Ford Motor Company because Ford is my last name. I can't wait to get my patent and start designing and inventing cars. It won't be horses strolling down the streets with people in it, I'm going to build a horse-less transportation that will make everyone to want it. The cars won't have to be bumpy like they used to on the horses. Right now I'm think of cars and how its going to be designed with.

Dear Journal,
My papa told me that I'm almost there to be an amazing inventor, and I shouldn't give up. I'm going to leave home and work as an apprentice machinist. I might come back home but I might not be able to come home. I truly want to be a machinist. If I do, I'm going to call it the Ford Company and it will have all different sorts of cars. I hope I find a beautiful woman and marry her so that I may have a sweet family.

This entry feels unfinished. I feel like you should have had the journals leading up to the day when he actually invented the car. A little more may have been helpful.
